Hill International is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Deck Yard HSE Supervisor to join our team.


General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for the deck yard facilities in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and conduct HSE training for all employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate and report on any incidents or accidents, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HSE activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are met on all projects.
• Monitor and review HSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a deck yard or construction environment.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
