Position Summary:
The Cost Engineer (Offshore) is responsible for cost planning, monitoring, and reporting to support effective financial control of offshore energy, oil, and gas projects in accordance with the Project Management Plan. The role manages project cost data, documentation, reporting systems, and contract-related records while coordinating closely with planners, schedulers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the position supports project performance through timely reporting, information management, and control of contractor submissions and project correspondence.

Additionally, the position supports project performance through timely reporting, information management, and control of contractor submissions and project correspondence.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan.
- Schedule Sr. Scheduler, Scheduler, Sr. Coordination Engineer, Coordination Engineer, Sr. Planner, Planner].
- Document control system development and administration.
- Management of the information systems.
- Project management team equipment and supplies management.
- Project management report development.
- Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents.
- Development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan.
- Periodic preparation and processing of site reports.
- Management of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices).
- Maintenance of contract documents.
- Processing of contractor documents.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
- Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning degree.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of offshore experience in total, with at least the last 3-5 years spent on offshore projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
