They are looking for a Wind Sales Manager for their Japanese market with the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for wind turbine solutions.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within target markets (e.g., utilities, developers, EPCs, government agencies).Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project developers, consultants, and regulatory bodies.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, project management) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.Provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership.
