We're seeking a Commercial Manager to support our client's growing offshore and energy operations across Asia. This is a key strategic role responsible for managing commercial activities, client relationships, and contract negotiations across multiple international projects.

Function description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial activities for ongoing and upcoming projects in Asia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and risk assessments.
• Support project execution teams in all commercial matters, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the regional growth strategy.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or contract management role within the offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
