A full-time Account/Contract Manager role within a growing company, focused on cable solution projects in Offshore Wind.

Function description

As an Account/Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer contracts and fostering client relationships. Your tasks include analyzing quotation requests, requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, compiling technical proposals, and supporting contract execution in collaboration with project managers. You will also represent the company during client visits and meetings, ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing quotation requests based on drawings, specifications, and verbal information.
• Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compiling quotations and proposals with technical descriptions.
• Proactively managing contracts on-site.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure proper contract execution.
• Visiting national and international clients.
• Attending external and internal meetings.
• Working and reporting according to established work instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical background with commercial affinity or vice versa.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Preferably two years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work abroad for consecutive weeks when required.
• Meticulous and well-organized work style.
• Customer-oriented mindset with supportive teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to handle varying work demands.
