Typically:
• Applies a proven understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, to provide support in handling queries, more specific technical support and or standard / specific information handling.
• Handles basic and repetitive activities or moderately complex tasks. Deals with issues/questions of relatively low complexity, checks correctness of data and adjusts with limited number of sources of information within business supported.
• Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague. Works under supervision of a senior colleague or own manager.
• Supports internal stakeholders with specific information and/or query resolution.
