Job description:

As a Business Process Manager (BPM) in Shell Low Carbon Solution Biogas (Former Nature Energy), you will be part of designing, optimizing, and implementing business processes in our Supply Chain. This implies understanding and mapping the current business processes, and mapping gaps of where to improve - by new Way of Workings or technical/IT-system improvements. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments in a cross functional project team, making sure stakeholders across the business are consulted and aligned.

• Process Documentation and Improvements
• System Enhancements (ERP system Business Central Dynamics 365)
• Training and communication
• Governance and support materials (SOP's, checklists etc.)

As Business Process Manager your workplace will be in our office in Odense, where you will be part of the Business Process & System Design department and report to the Business Process & System Design Manager, Sidsel Andersen. You will work closely together with the other members of the BP&SD Team and handle cross functional projects and tasks. In the BP&SD department we work from an agile project management approach as we are in an organization that is continuously changing - which means we need to adapt. This position can eventually require travel at some point. You can therefore expect approx. 5 - 10 days of travel per year.

• You have process mapping skills and can in a structured and simple way communicate these cross organizational processes and workflows.
• You embrace change and appreciate variation in your tasks and not having 2 days alike.
• You can collaborate across countries, functions, and all levels in the organization and holds good communication skills - ability to simplify complex processes and communicate to diverse audiences.
• You are a team player and have an open and informal communication style that helps build strong relationships and create a positive team spirit.

Your background:

• We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, operations management, manufacturing engineering or similar.
• To be successful in this position you will need +2 years of experience within a similar role and/or in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Business Central/Dynamics 365 will give you a clear advance in the hiring process.
• Full professional working proficiency in English as well as Danish.
