Job Description:

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an internal communications coordinator, reporting to the communications and event lead to join the planning and communications division, which will support the large agenda of bp Indonesia's communications and external affairs function.

Your primary role serves a 360-degree internal communications and engagement; building relationship with internal stakeholders including the business leadership team to convey company message and strengthen bp's position as the leading energy provider for Indonesia internally. You will ensure effective communication and engagement with employees within the organization, fostering transparency and alignment with company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and implement strategic internal communication strategies and campaigns, internal stakeholder engagement, content creation, working closely with other functions to ensure consistency.
  • Create and distribute internal publications such as newsletters, media monitoring report, announcements, company updates and event invitations.
  • Manage internal digital and conventional communication channels (intranet, employee email, other digital platforms).
  • Coordinate internal activation, such as town halls and other employee engagement activities.
  • Support crisis communication efforts internally.
  • Track and report on communication impact effectiveness using metrics and feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Journalism, or closely related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and tone.
  • Strong interest and understanding of industry and political trends.
  • Your background will include a proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communications strategies using multiple platforms.
  • Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
  • Due to regulatory requirements, this position is open only to Indonesian nationals.
