We are looking for a communicative and well-organized candidate to join our Instrument Transformers and Sensors unit in Brno as an Order Handling Support.

Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Order Handling department, which focuses on processing and dispatching customer orders.

This is a great opportunity for university students or parents on parental leave, offered as a part-time position (DPČ - approx. 80 hours per month).

Work model: onsite

Your responsibilities

• Processing customer orders - receiving and confirming orders to customers
• Communicating with customers throughout the order delivery process
• Communicating with transport providers and managing transport inquiries
• Actively participating in the implementation of new tools for order management and efficient administrative processes

Your profile

• Secondary education in economics or technical field
• Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
• Communicative level of English
• Availability to work on-site 2-3 days per week (approx. 20 hours/week)
• Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to cooperate on a long-term basis
