Yourrole and responsibilities

In this role , you will manage and optimize supply chain operations while ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations . Each day , you will oversee fleet operations , maintain reg ulatory standards to support business efficiency and customer satisfaction . You will also contribute by implementing process improvements and ensuring accurate reporting across supply chain and export control activities .

The work model for the role is : Hybrid #LIhybrid

This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area in Baltics.

Main stakeholders include procurement , logistics , compliance , finance , and external vendors .

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Coordinating and monitoring end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement .

• Overseeing fleet operations and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations .

• Preparing and analyzing reports on logistics performance , fleet utilization , and supply chain KPIs .

• Ensuring adherence to international trade laws , export control regulations , and customs requirements , including maintaining export licenses and compliance documentation .

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field ( or equivalent practical experience ).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations and trade compliance .

• Strong knowledge of export control regulations ( e.g ., EAR, ITAR, EU Dual-Use ).

• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools ( e.g ., Excel, Power BI, SAP).

• Certification in trade compliance or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CTCS) and experience with fleet contract management will be considered as an advantage.

• Very good command of English , essential for smooth cooperation between departments and business stakeholders ; knowledge of Lithuanian is considered an advantage .
