Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Growth Marketing reporting to VP of Growth Marketing, to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible to manage and lead the integrated campaign framework and identifying and driving areas to further optimize lead funnel conversions to drive to more bookings (new logos and upsell). This may include chat, webinars or other means to engage our ICP's.

You will work cross functionally with Sales, content marketing, product marketing, brand, operations, and customer marketing to ensure our demand engine is tuned for efficiency and velocity.

You are passionate about working with Sales and across the Marketing team to drive conversions through to revenue. You are innovative, strategic and willing and able to pitch in to execute as needed. You can keep a cross functional team on track towards the goals to reach completion.

This position is an individual contributor role, leading as a "collaborative conductor" across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline and revenue ownership of the funnel conversions - work with VP, Growth Marketing to build and manage a full funnel demand gen strategy and integrated campaign framework that engages our ICP. Working with Marketing Ops, ensure there is clear attribution and accelerated pipeline contribution from marketing.
  • Lead execution of opportunistic growth programs (Chat, webinars, email, etc.) that will accelerate funnel conversions for prospects and engagement of customers to lead to more bookings.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Continually track and analyze performance, and continuously optimize marketing efforts with a focus on engagement of prospects and customers to influence pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Be versed to manage optimization of 6Sense, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Build a tight, transparent partnership with Sales, SDRs and Sales Enablement.
  • Operationalize AI adoption across the demand gen engine for targeting, creative, channel optimization and more.

What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation and growth marketing experience driving measurable improvements in Lead to MQL conversion, pipeline creation, and customer retention.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through an integrated marketing approach.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Gong, HubSpot), ABM platforms (6sense), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborative approach with a strong ability to partner across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing based on data.
  • Innovative, creative thinker and strategist balanced with a passion to get the right things done - strategic thinker with bias to act.
