Compensation & Benefits:
Responsibilities
• Conduct consultations with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
• Present customized solar proposals and close contracts confidently
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with customers using our CRM system
• Educate homeowners on solar incentives, energy savings, and system options
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
• Hit or exceed monthly closing and revenue goals
• Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
• Confident, professional, and highly motivated closer
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a track record of exceeding goals
• Prior solar or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Full-time availability preferred
