- Support and participate in project execution by owning process design and change management deliverables using formal and consistent methodologies
- Maintain and continually grow subject matter expertise in complex business processes and customer tasks
- Design and document standardized processes that scale globally and cross-functionally
- Establish and routinely measure core business processes to assess overall performance and track process improvements over time
- Partner and execute right-sized change management associated with processes to prepare, equip, and support individuals through change
- Identify areas for process standardization across regions, focusing on improving customer experience and optimizing business processes and workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis and process discovery sessions (supporting customer escalations)
- Establish, maintain, and control process metrics to enable standardization and automation opportunities while also measuring the health of processes.
- Provides training on specialized skills to new hires and current team members on new processes and transitions.
Who You Are:
- You display a high degree of ownership and accountability for processes
- You embrace change and ambiguity, incorporating industry best practices and business process knowledge to propose improvement and increase change adoption
- You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions
- You partner with other business teams across functions to identify process improvements aiming to solve business and customer needs
- You prepare, plan, and execute continuous improvement processes to improve the customer and employee experience using industry-standard process methodologies.
For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process improvement
- 2+ years of experience in process owner or subject matter expert roles
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving
- Continuous improvement mindset and process methodologies
- Strong business process analysis, design, improvement, process measurement, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, influencing, and training skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
- Project management skills
- Strong skills in Process Documentation and Workflow Tools (Visio, LucidChart, etc.)
