As a key member of the Customer Care team, the Customer Order Execution Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders to support customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to strategically address order execution challenges, streamline the fulfillment process from finished goods availability to final delivery, and ensure consistent, on-time service to customers. By driving operational excellence, the analyst contributes significantly to the smooth progression of order processing and a positive customer experience.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to strategically address order execution challenges, streamline the fulfillment process from finished goods availability to final delivery, and ensure consistent, on-time service to customers. By driving operational excellence, the analyst contributes significantly to the smooth progression of order processing and a positive customer experience.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure timely generation of revenue through efficient order processing and invoicing.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and proactively manage dispute resolution processes to ensure minimal financial discrepancies and expedite resolution cycles.
- Manage customer portals, ensure timely updates and responses, and coordinate with customers to resolve portal-related issues or inquiries.
- Ensure timely availability of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and alignment with customer purchase order values, while driving data accuracy across critical system inputs-including shipment dates, GRNs, and Forwarder collection Receipts (FCRs)
- Ensure timely execution of finished goods orders by proactively coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to enable seamless and efficient order execution.
- Proficiency in reviewing and examining trade documents to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the LC.
- Knowledge of discrepancies and how to handle them according to international banking practices.
- Ensure all Late Reason Codes (LRC) are updated correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and standards.
- Ensure seamless execution of orders from receipt to delivery, monitor service levels, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure Minimal Invoice disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to optimize order execution processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Minimal Invoice Dispute (within 2 to 5 working days' ) time in Dispute Resolution
- Late Reason Codes Updates & Service levels management (LRC)
- Invoice Submission Management: Invoice Accuracy and timely submission for specific customers
- Ensure timely and accurate content uploads to customer portals, focusing on consistency, accessibility, and alignment with customer requirements
