Als Organisationstalent unterstütze ich als Assistenz die Energiewende.

Das macht diesen Job für mich besonders: Ich bin die verlässliche Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Fachgebieten und Projektteams. Mit meiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise, meinem Organisationstalent und meiner kommunikativen Stärke halte ich allen den Rücken frei, sorge für Klarheit und bringe auch in dynamischen Situationen Ruhe und Übersicht ins Team. Als Assistenz bin ich nicht nur Koordinator*in, sondern auch Möglichmacher*in.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Ich übernehme die allgemeine Administration und Organisation zur Unterstützung der Führungskräfte sowie interner und externer Mitarbeiter*innendes Programmes und deren Projekten,
• Ich organisiere den elektronischen Posteingang und sorge für eine strukturierte Kommunikation,
• Ich plane Projekt- und Fachgebietsevents sowie externe Seminare und Schulungen - inklusive der zugehörigen SAP-Beschaffungsvorgänge,
• Ich unterstütze bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder,
• Ich organisiere und begleite Dienstreisen - von der Buchung bis zur Abrechnung,
• Ich kümmere mich um das Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeiter*innen - von IT-Ausstattung bis Schulungen,
• Ich dokumentiere und archiviere projektrelevante Unterlagen im internen Ablagesystem,
• Ich setze SAP-Beschaffungsvorgänge um, verfolge sie nach und erfasse Leistungen, z. B. im Bereich BGA,
• Ich übernehme Key-User-Rollen für projektrelevante Applikationen und Systeme,
• Ich koordiniere Gremienarbeit und bereite Sitzungen vor und nach.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Ich habe eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung,
• Ich bringe Berufserfahrung in der Assistenz von Teams oder Bereichen sowie in
  der Projektarbeit mit,
• Ich bin gut organisiert, teamfähig und arbeite zuverlässig, flexibel und selbstständig,
• Ich bin hilfsbereit, offen für technische Themen und arbeite mich gerne in neue Zusammenhänge ein,
• Ich habe fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP-Systemen (z. B. S/4HANA, SAP HCM),
• Ich kommuniziere sicher auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2),
• Ich bin herzlich, nahbar und trage mit Humor und Offenheit zu einer positiven Teamatmosphäre bei - auch in stressigen Phasen oder in der Kaffeepause.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Ersthelfer-/Brandschutzhelferausbildung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
