Bp's customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, demonstrating technology, and developing deep expertise. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all billing-related retail trading processes and acting as a liaison between the business, IT&S, service providers, and strategic partner.

Key responsibilities include handling analyzing and developing processes, and supporting their implementation and stabilization. Additionally, the role involves overseeing billing systems, coordinating billing processes, and synchronizing with necessary data and processes.

What you will deliver :

- Analyze, develop and coordinate finance processes, and support their implementation,
stabilization, and further development within the business.
- Responsible for billing systems and coordination of billing processes as well as synchronization with
the required data/processes.
- Analyze key figures required by the business and create the corresponding reports or tools
- Coordinate the creation of monthly reports, ad-hoc reports with category management (margins,
costs)
- Create billing for suppliers and supervise
- Monitor letters of credit in collaboration with finance (extension of payment terms) and interface for
GBS inquiries
- Accrue and control license fees and rebates
- Other evaluations and analyses from various billing and data systems (monitoring when an automatic
process is set up).
- Coordinate and creation of necessary accruals in monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate the planning process, align with partners -> Costs, Wholesale Margin, Supplier Income,
Store Gross Margin
- Support in all booking inquiries
- Ensuring all supplier invoices are raised promptly and that invoices are paid on time
- P2P Process Controlling and Budget Planning activities

What you will need :

Education:
- Training as Industrial Business Management Assistant

Experience:
- Profound knowledge of billing and cash systems
- Extensive knowledge in the SAP environment
- Knowledge of the retail business and Category Management is desirable
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of TMS structural data, Global Merchandising Hierarchy and EKW structures
