This Position reports to:
Sales & Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.
The work model for the role is hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion in central region. Main stakeholders are System Integrators, EPC.

This role is contributing to the Motion in central region. Main stakeholders are System Integrators, EPC.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled working with new tools and products on the industrial market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 3 years of experience in industrial automation segment
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of drives and motors
- You are passionate about new technology and motion area
- Degree in Industrial automation
- You are at ease communicating in polish and english
