Activities

The Human Resources & Internal Communication Department operates within a local perimeter made up of 2 subsidiaries: TEMCH and TESLA, companies dedicated to the production, manufacture, distribution, import, export and marketing of lubricants and renewable energies.

It must provide and ensure the proper functioning of the processes of the area (Labor Relations, Internal Communication, Remuneration, Welfare, Selection, Training, Compensation and DO) in view of the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the subsidiary.

The Human Resources & Internal Communication Department reports hierarchically to DG TEMCH and matrially to the VP HR AME.

Candidate Profile

• 6 years of experience required in human resources areas and leadership in multinationals.
• Training in Human Resources, Labor Psychology, Social Communication and/or career at the end.

Technical/Professional Skills:

• Knowledge of the labor laws of the local countries and their remuneration system.
• Union knowledge and experience.
• Languages: Spanish and English advanced and French desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Communication, assertiveness, negotiation, customer orientation, analysis and strategic planning.
