Responsibilities:

The Handover Manager is responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from construction to operations. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, verifying documentation, managing snag lists, and ensuring all systems and structures are ready for occupancy or use.

• Education & Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and UPDA/MMUP Registration.
  
  • 12-15 years of experience in project handover and commissioning for large-scale projects in Qatar.
  
  Skills & Expertise:
  
  • Expertise in managing the final handover process for large infrastructure, marine, or luxury projects.
  
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning, final inspections, and documentation required for project completion.
• Ability to work with clients and contractors to ensure smooth transition post-completion
