As a Design Engineer in Advanced Technology Thermal Systems Design team, you will be responsible for supporting thermal design of engine components such as combustor and turbine. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to development efforts in new technology projects for jet engines. In this role you will develop your knowledge and competences to identify problems, find solutions, and demonstrate thermal design and analytical skills.

You will contribute to the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives and operate within established policies and procedures, with limited autonomy.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports the tracking and reporting of process metrics, KPIs, and operational metrics for the organization, including headcount, budget, and data analysis to inform short-term strategy.
- Applies foundational knowledge of Engineering processes and practices supporting part manufacturing and producibility. Contributes to the execution of strategy within the area of responsibility.
- Identifies straightforward internal and external business challenges and applies established best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Maintains awareness of industry trends relevant to assigned tasks.
- Evaluates the quality of information provided and asks clarifying questions to stakeholders. Provides recommendations within defined parameters and assists in implementing solutions. Uses internal sources and limited external inputs to support decision-making.
- Participates in functional teams or projects with low resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Communicates concepts clearly and collaborates with others to achieve alignment. May provide input to guide team members toward shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- Solid experience in a technical Design, Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Good level of English
