About the role

This role is accountable for achieving sales targets, including volume, revenue, gross margin, and market share, within the Heavy-Duty (HD) and Industrial lubricants sectors for the Middle East and Pakistan region. The role is aligned with Castrol's global strategy and focuses on driving top-line growth through innovative solutions, customer-centric approaches, and effective team leadership.

The individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and will coach, support, and lead a team to achieve excellence in sales delivery

What you will deliver

  • Managing a multi distributor sales organization on a national level
  • Growing distribution and market shares in both the passengers' cars lubricants and the commercial vehicles lubricants segments
  • Gaining a stronger position in the B2B business by putting focus on the fleet sector
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the key customers in the market
  • Market intelligence
  • Supporting the Castrol Egypt leadership team in designing the right pricing strategy
  • Secondary sales planning and providing the required sales inputs into the S&OP process

What you will need to be successful

  • 12-15 years of experience in sales with a minimum of 4 years in sales management positions.
  • Previous experience in managing medium to big size distributors
  • Background in either lubricants or FMCG sales and distribution.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C is a must.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or business administration.
  • Experience in sales and distribution of international brands.
  • English & Arabic - Fluent Speak, Read, Write
  • Demonstrated capability in Field Sales, Sales Operations, Distributor Management, Channel Development is a pre-requisite.
  • Experience in RTM Planning and Trade Marketing.
