Responsabilidades Principais:

• Conduzir negociações estratégicas, assegurando o melhor custo-benefício para a empresa.
• Realizar análise de mercado, mapeamento e homologação de novos fornecedores.
• Gerenciar contratos e acordos comerciais, garantindo conformidade legal e aderência às políticas internas.
• Trabalhar em parceria com áreas internas (Facilities, Marketing, RH, TI, Operações, Financeiro, Jurídico) para definição de requisitos e alinhamento estratégico.
• Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos, otimização de processos e mitigação de riscos na cadeia de suprimentos.
• Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações para a liderança.

Perfil Desejado

• Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência sólida em Compras Indiretas, preferencialmente em nível sênior.
• Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados.
• Forte capacidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
• Organização, proatividade e senso crítico para tomada de decisões.
• Habilidade em resolver problemas complexos e conduzir múltiplas prioridades simultaneamente.
• Conhecimento avançado em Power BI, Excel, ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) e ferramentas de análise de dados.
• Inglês e espanhol avançado (desejável).
