Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Manager Location: São Paulo, Brazil Position Summary: Join our client's team in Brazil to lead the design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply of wind farms, BESS, and hybrid plants. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and implementing our EHS system to meet Brazilian legislative and industry best practices, managing customer relationships regarding Health Safety and the Environment (HSE), and leading safety team activities to ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and commissioned safely, on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage contract and customer relationship to promote a zero harm culture. Coordinate and manage all HSE-related partners and activities, ensuring full compliance with the contract and relevant regulations. Develop and oversee Project EHS Plans in collaboration with the team. Maintain relations with clients, consortium, and subcontractors regarding EHS matters. Lead emergency and incident management at project and country level including root cause analysis and reporting. Build and manage the HSE team, establish team meetings covering EHS, risk management, and action plans. Ensure adherence to national safety standards and contribute to process improvement. Key Performance Indicators: Safety culture Adherence to project requirements Development of competencies in team Customer satisfaction Required Experience: Qualification in relevant field, HSE engineering degree. Minimum 10 years' experience as Health, Safety and Environment Manager on major infrastructure projects. Mandatory experience in the wind industry. CREA certification. Strong knowledge in people management and safety methods and systems. Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint. Fluency in English, both verbally and written.
