Wood is recruiting for an E&I Technician (Oil & Gas - Offshore) to join our Operations business in Perth, as we ramp up for a major Turnaround in 2026 for one of our key clients. Mobilisation dates are staggered with opportunities to commence early into the new year 2026.

This is a casual contract on a 3:3 FIFO roster with 12-hour day or night shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have:

• A strong commitment to safety
• Ability to pass an offshore pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
• Proven experience working in Oil & Gas offshore industry in maintenance and turnarounds
• An ability to communicate well at all levels

QUALIFICATIONS

You will be able to work lawfully in Australia and hold full working rights for this location.

• Electrical Trade Cert (Cert III/Cert IV)
• EEHA - 3-year validity
• WA Electrical Workers License
• Provide First Aid - 3-year validity
• CPR/LVR - 1 year validity
• BOSIET/T-BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
• MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)

Desirable:

• Escape Chute - 4-year validity
• Swagelok (Desirable) - 3-year validity
• Gast Test Atmospheres - 3 year validity
• Working Safely at Heights - 2 years validity
