JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the inspection facility to ensure the highest quality production.
- Collaborate directly with the customer to maintain clear communication regarding the delivery of completed pipe and resolve any customer complaints.
- Approve and oversee all expenses, including invoices and timesheets, ensuring costs stay within established limits and labor costs remain within expected levels.
- Assist in budget development, conduct cost analysis, and forecast monthly revenue.
- Handle all personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees.
- Identify, train, motivate, and supervise all facility personnel.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety awareness.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of NDT processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Required knowledge of safety regulations for employees.
- Experience with DuPont STOP Safety Program is preferred.
- Experience with hazardous waste storage is preferred.
