About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the lead for delivering diverse technical projects for one of our are global clients, a leader in paints and coatings. The Sassenheim site includes production, R&D, and office spaces. Our 28-person CBRE GWS team handles hard and soft services, including projects.

You'll independently manage projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and leading technical projects.
• Managing project execution, ensuring safety and progress.
• Collaborating with CBRE mechanics, suppliers, and our clients staff.
• Defining project scope, managing execution, and tracking milestones.
• Handling project administration.
• Communicating progress, challenges, and completed projects to stakeholders.
• Being the primary point of contact for AkzoNobel at the operational level.

What We're Looking For:

• Technical degree and broad technical background.
• Experience managing projects through preparation and execution (renovations, modifications).
• Strong stakeholder management skills (a plus).
• VCA VOL certification (or willingness to obtain it). HSE experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Sassenheim.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality and service.
