We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Brignoud site.

Your main mission will be to optimize and secure the processes on our nonwoven production line.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve process parameters to ensure the line's performance, quality, and safety.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans.
• Take part in industrial trials and lead corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure process stability.
• Document and standardize operational best practices.

Qualifications / Skills

• Engineering degree in Paper, Energy, or Thermal Engineering, with initial experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong interest in technical analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• The role requires operational English, both written and spoken.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and summarize information effectively.
