About this vacancy

As a Senior Project Manager, you will support one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry, managing the construction and early development of new production departments. This is a high-responsibility role where you will oversee complex projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners, driving collaboration and maintaining a clear vision of project objectives and goals.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management qualifications , or related fields
• At least 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong track record in managing projects for the construction of new production facilities/departments
• Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus
