Bright Futures Care is a leading provider of specialist care and education for children and adults with autism and learning difficulties. We're a values-driven organisation with a commitment to quality, care, and collaboration. We're expanding-and we're looking for a Project Manager to lead the setup of new schools.
This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate multiple teams and workstreams-from property and compliance to IT, HR, and operations-to ensure every new site opens smoothly, safely, and successfully. You'll be part of a passionate team making a real difference in the lives of children and adults with complex needs.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from acquisition to launch
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate teams across property, education, HR, IT, and operations
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted, DfE, CQC, and safeguarding standards
- Oversee mobilisation: furnishings, signage, tech, recruitment, and training
- Support inspections and registrations to achieve timely approvals
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong project coordination or management experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hold teams accountable
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Experience in education, social care, or regulated sectors and familiarity with compliance processes (DfE, Ofsted, CQC) would be advantageous
