Your Mission
1. Project Planning
- Define BESS project scope (S,A,B level), goals, and deliverables different stages:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines (Gantt charts, schedules), and budgets.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract &l egal, finance etc.).
- Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and team members.
- Provide regular progress updates (status reports, meetings).
- Organize regular meeting with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.
- Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.
- Track project payment milestone and ensure adherence to the program & deadline.
- Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, tools, materials).
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned, performance analysis).
Your Profile
- 2-3+ years in project management leadership within energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proven experience managing teams and developing customers' relationship.
- Skilled in solution-based project management, with strong contract negotiation ability
Project Manager Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) - PMI
- PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) - Entry-level
