Customer Project Manager (all genders welcome)in the field ofUpstream Optimization

Upstream optimization, an innovative division of the Rosenxt Group, which was spun off in 2023 and is dedicated to expanding into new business areas. Our focus is on developing advanced technologies for the optimization of energy production. Our state-of-the-art flow measurement device is a clamp-on non-intrusive system, gathering extensive real-time operational process data. To evaluate this data, we develop cloud-based software solutions that utilize classic signal processing algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI). In our interdisciplinary, agile, and autonomous teams, we foster innovations and customer value.

Oilfield optimization services requires the following role to support ongoing and new field development activities currently taking place in North America, but also potential activities within the Middle and Far East.

What you can expect

• Running and delivery of projects which may involve deployment of flowmetering and oilfield optimization technology
• Preparation of project proposal documentation and provide support to the sales process
• Planning and management of project budgets
• Tracking project process and preparing regular reports to the management
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Attending field trials and customer meetings sometimes in international locations
• Planning logistics for field deployment of hardware and personnel

What you bring

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you have an analytical and solution-oriented way of working: You also bring:

• More than two years experience in a project management role within the energy sector
• Degree qualification in a relevant technical discipline, e.g. petroleum engineering, other engineering disciplines, physics etc.
• Evidence of successful project delivery, with a focus on field related activities within the energy sector. Experience of field delivery of production or reservoir technology related tools highly desirable
• An interest in technology, and awareness of current trends such as cloud computing, machine learning and AI
• Willingness to travel and meet with potential customers across the world, especially in North America
• Good communication skills, and ability to engage with field service personnel especially in North America
• More than two years experience in a project management role within the energy sector.
• Degree qualification in a relevant technical discipline, e.g. petroleum engineering, other engineering disciplines, physics etc.
