***This role is initially offered on a six month, fixed-term-contract basis***

The role:
As HSE & Facilities Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HSE & Facilities teams and activities across Blatchford.
Key duties:
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate policy and procedure documents
- Reviewing and maintaining asset management system
- Supporting with audit preparation
- Maintaining Health & Safety record management system
- Data reporting and presenting to managers
- Raising purchase order requests
- Attending department meetings and recording minutes
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Other ad-hoc tasks, as required.
What are we looking for?
As HSE & Facilities Administrator, you will have the following:
Key skills:
- GCSE in Math and English (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Working knowledge of MS Software packages
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable
- Team Player
- Able to plan and prioritise workload
