Within the Human Safety Net Engagement & Communication team, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource.

The intern will support the Engagement & Communication team to coordinate some of the strategic streams, to ensure their successful deployment in the 25 active countries. Streams to be supported include programs, such as: The 500 Ambassadors, THSN ACADEMY, Round-Up program to integrate donation possibility for customers when paying their insurance, Engaged Agents, Customer Engagement or The Global Challenge.

Key responsibilities of the role will be to support the team in the following activities:

• Design and preparation of the supporting material and kits for the countries
• Creation and delivery of daily engagement activities for the countries, to promote the programs
• Support the countries in the adoption and deployment of the program
• Be part of the strategic discussion of the streams

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
• Fluent English
• Interest in social impact topics
• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Openness to innovation
• Organizational skills (time management, prioritization of tasks, meet deadlines)
