Join us as our new Quality Assurance Manager at the Pohlheim and Arpajon manufacturing sites

Welcome to Quality Operations Europe

We are a diverse team of Quality Assurance experts working across multiple manufacturing sites in Europe. Together with our colleagues from production, supply chain and other functions we ensure that Novonesis' products conform with the highest standards and consistently meet customers' expectations. We are now seeking for a new colleague to lead our Quality Operations teams at the Pohlheim (DE) and Arpajon (FR) manufacturing sites.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Lead, manage and develop the local Quality Operations teams at our Pohlheim and Arpajon sites
• Develop, implement and oversee the Quality Management System at the manufacturing sites, ensuring company and regulatory requirements compliance
• Establish and maintain a strong food safety and quality culture within the plants

Potentially relevant experience:

• University degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing with a focus on quality assurance
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, GMPs and food regulations
• Fluent in German and English language (speaking and writing), French is a plus
• Good user skills in IT business applications, such as Microsoft 365 and SAP ERP
