We are looking for a subject matter expert in relevant H&S legislation, mandatory processes linked to (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards) and dealing with risks associated with facilities maintenance & services.
As the Health & Safety Facilities Manager a key part of this role will be advising business stakeholders and their teams on the deployment of procedures and best practises to ensure total compliance with HSE legislation and all other aspects of HSEFQ as per the company risk register.

As the Health & Safety Facilities Manager a key part of this role will be advising business stakeholders and their teams on the deployment of procedures and best practises to ensure total compliance with HSE legislation and all other aspects of HSEFQ as per the company risk register.
Interested? We are looking for:
- Support, advise & practically promote HSEFQ standards to all colleagues involved in the parcel journey & the inter dependencies on each other between Hub, Depot, Delivery & Head office.
- Collect, analyse lead and lag risk data including periodic audits reporting compliance performance and associated trending to key stakeholders.
- Influence a programme of continuous improvement using above data at UK, area & site level.
- Influence, contribute, participate by meeting mandatory visibility rhythm for all HSEFQ risk within your geographical area (daily, weekly, monthly risk forums), remotely & physically.
- Provide specialist expertise in interpreting & applying HSE law where workplace scenarios arise.
- Ensure the correct proportion of trained persons for First Aid, Defibrillator, Fire Marshals, and Spill Control authorised persons by site.
- Deliver & post HSEFQ training complete colleague validation, turn attendance into competence.
- Accompany any local enforcing authorities during pre-announced visits to EVRi premises.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in an operational role with experience of managing a region area incl. HSEFQ responsibilities
- Preferred or at least working towards NEBOSH Certificate
- Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) level3> - preferred or working towards.
- MH train the trainer and or ISO lead auditor.
- Experience of the transport and logistics industry.
- Hard & soft total facilities, project & financial management
