Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working on a compelling opportunity with a private equity-backed assisted living developer that's delivering high-impact projects across London and the Northern Home Counties.

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor who's ready to broaden their skill set and take a step into Project Management. If you've been thinking about making the move into a more delivery-focused, client-side role this could be your ideal next step.

You'll join a lean but highly capable team, working on fast-paced residential projects (typically delivered in just 3 - 6 months), with values up to £2m and creating 4-8 bed assisted living homes that truly serve a purpose.
