Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) EPLAN P8

This will be your future job

• Utilize EPLAN P8 software to create comprehensive electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to ensure the integration of electrical systems aligns with project requirements and specifications.
• Review and validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Specify and select electrical components, including sensors, motors, and PLCs, based on project requirements.
• Develop bills of materials (BOMs) for electrical components and materials.
• Participate in design reviews, offering technical insights and recommendations for design optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the testing and commissioning phases of machinery projects.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical design for machinery, preferably using EPLAN P8.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting project deadlines.
