We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager - Metal Sheet to join our Group Procurement team. This position is responsible for supporting Can supply strategies through sourcing metal sheets, managing availability and affordability (cost management), and participating in sustainability initiatives consistent with the company's NetZero objectives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in stakeholder management, a proven track record of handling multiple projects across different regions, comprehensive knowledge of the metal market, and a strong interest in sustainable practices.

OUR STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT MANAGER - METAL SHEETS

• Supports and Drives Metal strategy
• Leads the execution of metal sheet strategic sourcing and contract management
• Leads procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Develop sustainability strategies for Metals and connect strategies with CCH and TCCC leadership, increase participation by key suppliers in sustainability initiatives
• Conducts market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation and efficiency improvements
• Handles data analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) using advanced Excel skills.
• Developing cost forecasts as a critical input in the business planning process.
• Manages Risks mitigation plans / business continuity plans
• Collaborates with senior and executive-level stakeholders, Business Units, CEPG, TCCC, and other Bottlers to develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Supports creation and/or enhancements of procurement processes related to DRS management
• Represents Group Procurement in all cross-functional activities with key Group and External stakeholders
• Undertakes additional responsibilities and projects relevant to the role, contributing to personal and professional development.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in metal or commodity sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple international projects remotely and collaborate across cultures
• Strong knowledge of metal and/or empty can markets.
• Financially savvy with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Curious, creative, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
