Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee integration projects within the tech industry. The role requires managing multiple IT, Webdev, and Data teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration, and driving projects through the full lifecycle - from requirements gathering to production launch. This position is best suited for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance stakeholder expectations, technical constraints, and delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the full integration lifecycle (PDLC) - from requirements gathering to testing and production launch.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading and coordinating multiple IT, Webdev, and Data cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills: running meetings, aligning deadlines, and ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset: confident with complex tasks and focused on effective, results-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management: clear, structured updates, scope/risk negotiation, effective communication with engineers and external partners.
• Sense of urgency and ability to make fast, well-informed operational decisions.
• Native Dutch

What You Will Do

• Manage integrations across all stages - from requirements definition to final delivery to the client.
• Coordinate the work of IT, Webdev, and Data teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Drive task execution: monitor progress, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks, respond to incidents, and implement preventive measures.
• Propose and introduce process improvements - from checklists and standards to transparent workflows.
• Keep task trackers updated and provide regular, structured updates to stakeholders.
