Wat ga je doen?

Als Process Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het procesontwerp, de werking en de implementatie! Met jouw vaardigheden verbeter je industriële processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt verloopt, kosten worden verlaagd, duurzaamheid wordt verbeterd en winstgevendheid wordt gemaximaliseerd. Je richt je altijd op structurele verbeteringen en streeft naar perfectie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Productieprocesstroom organiseren, implementeren en onderhouden;

• Processen beoordelen, metingen uitvoeren en gegevens interpreteren;

• Processen ontwikkelen voor het vervaardigen van producten met Lean Six Sigma en/of statistieken gebaseerde methoden voor procesexcellentie;

• Operationele problemen onderzoeken die van invloed zijn op productie;

• Productiedocumentatie beheren die nodig zijn voor de productie doormiddel van nauwkeurige werkinstructies, afwerkingsnormen en procesprocedures;

• Ideeën bedenken om de productiekosten te verlagen door middel van aanbevelingen;

• Samenwerken met andere relevante afdelingen om geschatte kosten, looptijd, kostenreductie te bepalen;

• Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over het productieproces.

Functie-eisen:

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting;

• Je hebt ervaring met SAP en affiniteit met andere systemen zoals Office 365;

• Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden;

• Je bent overtuigend en stressbestendig;

• Je beschikt over communicatieve vaardigen waarbij je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk de Nederlandse en Engelse taal beheerst.

• Een fulltime functie (40 uur per week) waarbij je ook de mogelijkheid hebt om 1 dag per week thuis te werken;

What will you do?

As a Process Engineer Compounding, you will be responsible for process design, operation, and implementation!

With your skills, you will improve industrial processes. You ensure everything runs efficiently, costs are reduced, sustainability is improved, and profitability is maximized. You always focus on structural improvements and strive for perfection.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Organize, implement, and maintain the production process flow.
• Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data.
• Develop processes for manufacturing products using Lean Six Sigma and/or statistics-based methods for process excellence.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production.
• Manage production documentation required for production through accurate work instructions, finishing standards, and process procedures.
• Come up with ideas to reduce production costs through recommendations.
• Collaborate with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, lead times, and cost reductions.
• Maintain contact with suppliers regarding the production process.

Job Requirements:

• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a similar field.
• You have experience with SAP and an affinity for other systems such as Office 365.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You are persuasive and stress-resistant.
• You have communication skills and are proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
