Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the technical processing of protection and control systems for power factor correction projects (FACTS / Synchronous Condenser).

- You will develop conceptual solutions within an international team of experts and implement technical solutions

- Your tasks will include the creation of design specifications and the project planning of hardware and software for station control technology

- You will carry out functional, performance and customer acceptance tests at our test center in Forchheim

- You will be responsible for commissioning the systems in Germany and abroad

Work Experience

Work Experience & Qualifications:

- You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of electrical engineering / energy technology / automation technology

- You have knowledge of synchronous condensers or FACTS

- You have basic knowledge in the field of electrical power supply (medium and high voltage) and its secondary technology

- Ideally, you have already worked with control, HMI and protection systems (e.g. SIPROTEC, Digsi, SICAM PAS, Win CC)

- Knowledge of the application of IT security is desirable

- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills are a matter of course for you

- You are willing to travel worldwide
