NS225435 Procurement Admin Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Procurement Administrative Assistants (Band 3) to join the NHS Grampian Procurement Team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be part of the busy Procurement team, providing a range of administrative support services with a dedicated focus on savings through review and resolution of invoice queries on the invoice register.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of productivity, meticulous attention to detail, experience in handling challenging conversations and a track record of producing work to a high standard. The ability to use Microsoft Excel as well as good general IT skills is essential. Previous experience or knowledge of PECOS and procurement regulations is desirable.
This is a full time position with contracted hours currently being 37 per week. There are currently hybrid working arrangements in place.
