Join Blue Projects as an HSE Officer for a long-term industrial project in URK, NL. We are looking for a proactive professional to support health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.

Start Date: December 2025
Project Duration: Until March 2027
Location: URK, Netherlands (Hybrid: 80% on-site, 20% remote)
Contract Type: Freelance or labor contract
Languages Required: English & Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings
• Report and investigate incidents and near-misses
• Promote a strong safety culture among contractors and staff
• Maintain HSE documentation and support audits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HSE roles (certification not mandatory)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
