Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• With enthusiasm for purchasing success: Recognizing and implementing purchasing potential is in your blood. You have a passion for negotiations, market analysis and strategic procurement. Each of your activities is geared towards and derived from achieving the company's objectives.
• Negotiation skills: You are an expert in negotiating the best conditions with suppliers and building long-term partnerships, always keeping budget monitoring in mind.
• Purchasing strategies: Together with our sister and subsidiary companies, you rely on methods such as global sourcing, dual sourcing and commodity group strategies to achieve synergy effects while minimizing risks in the supply chain and optimizing costs.
  You also pay increasing attention to sustainable supply chains and innovative procurement strategies.
• Supplier management: You know how to approach suppliers and sustainably develop them into top performers. You think economically and recognize potential savings in order to increase the company's profitability. You enjoy tackling technical challenges together with your suppliers and finding solutions together to increase efficiency.
• On top: monitoring national and international procurement markets and market analyses are just as much a part of your job as the use of digital tools to optimize purchasing processes.
• Win as one: You take responsibility, act and function as an optimal link between adjacent departments and work closely with them, taking advantage of the international opportunities that arise. Thanks to your communication and adaptability skills as well as your analytical thinking, you approach your tasks independently and in a structured manner. Market changes are not a problem for you, but a challenge that presents itself.

Show your expertises

• We would like to get to know you: You are a purchasing expert through and through with the ability to tackle complex issues in a structured and responsible manner. You know the market conditions and are open to changes within the supply chain. New contacts and suppliers inspire you and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Your experience & education: We require several years of experience in a responsible position in purchasing. A degree, ideally in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject, rounds off your profile.
• Your way of working: You are proactive, strong in closing deals, communicative and enjoy working in a team. You take responsibility, are goal-oriented and organize yourself independently and always actively live out your cost awareness.
• Your superpower: You have the analytical thinking skills to understand and optimize complex processes. Persuasiveness, negotiating skills and a strong understanding of costs and quality round off your profile.
• Do you speak English? We need very good German and English skills to be able to deal with our customers and suppliers on an international level.
