Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Automating procurement processes by designing and implementing digital workflows such as e-procurement, e-signing, and intelligent approval systems
• Building a structured database of purchasing specifications, mapping requirements, KPIs, and both internal and external catalogs
• Leading spend analysis through the use of artificial intelligence, generating predictive insights, dynamic dashboards, and identifying savings opportunities as well as risk areas
• Managing contract renewals and renegotiations strategically, with a focus on software licenses, maintenance services, SaaS solutions, and related professional services
• Developing the vendor landscape through scouting, due diligence, and benchmarking of both global and specialized suppliers
• Influencing internal functions including IT, Finance, and Legal, while promoting a culture focused on total cost of ownership and long-term sustainable value creation

What skills are we looking for?

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within a strategic consulting firm or a global technology company, demonstrating autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset
• In-depth knowledge of the software supplier market, both on-premises and SaaS, as well as related professional services
• Strong ability to manage strategic negotiations and contract management processes with an analytical, value-oriented approach
• Proven experience in conducting spend analysis using business intelligence tools and TCO models, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively
• Familiarity with e-procurement suites, analytics tools, and the application of AI/ML models to procurement, maintaining a data-driven mindset and a continuous improvement orientation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners such as IT, Finance, and Legal, leveraging effective communication and strong relationship-building
• Fluent English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an asset
