Production IT

  • Collaborate with IT, production, and engineering teams to integrate automation with ERP, MES, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage interfaces between shop floor and enterprise-level systems (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, SQL databases).
Project Management
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety regulations, and industry norms.
  • Provide training and support for production teams on automation and IT systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation or production IT project management.

  • Experience with industrial networks, protocols (e.g., Profinet, OPC UA), and OT integration.
  • Solid understanding of MES concepts and database systems (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German & English

Why you'll love working here

  • Exciting tasks in an internationally operating, growing family business with flat hierarchies
  • Flexible working hours and 30 days paid vacation per year
