About the Role & Team
The Project Management Office Analyst will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership of the organisation in effective strategy execution, delivering a complex set of transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business, through effective risk management. The role will be office based in our Head Office in Uxbridge.

About the Role & Team
The Project Management Office Analyst will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership of the organisation in effective strategy execution, delivering a complex set of transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business, through effective risk management. The role will be office based in our Head Office in Uxbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation and Project Management
- Performing a project management function of the overall strategic programme initiatives of the London Square Group.
- Maintaining the transformation map and aligning with the strategic plan.
- Monitoring progress of all transformation initiatives and producing progress reports within the required timelines.
- Analysing and presenting information effectively.
Operating Model
- Maintaining the operating model of the organisation and ensuring it is reflective of the latest operational structure.
- Supporting the development of systems, processes, and templates, including process mapping.
- Drafting all processes and procedures of the organisation.
- Publishing the operating model and processes and procedures on the London Square depository.
- Ensuring continuous alignment of the operating model and the company's policies
Risk Reporting
- Responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting key risk data to support effective governance and decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining risk dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs) and assurance reports for senior management and the Board.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of risk information and contributing to continuous improvement of the organisation's risk reporting framework, processes, and controls.
General Admin
- Maintaining up-to-date folders and ensuring thorough filing of all related documentation, logs/trackers and registers.
- Scheduling and managing progress meetings, preparing agendas and papers, creating meeting packs when required, writing and circulating minutes.
- Facilitating meetings.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
