In order to bring our delivery planning and structure to the next level, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to take full ownership of purchasing and goods intake. You'll bring structure, clarity, and control to our processes, making sure we scale efficiently and sustainably.

In order to bring our delivery planning and structure to the next level, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to take full ownership of purchasing and goods intake. You'll bring structure, clarity, and control to our processes, making sure we scale efficiently and sustainably.
What it takes for you to be successful in this role:
- Procurement planning & strategy: Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business needs and timelines.
- Supplier management: Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure consistent supplier performance.
- Purchase order management: Manage end-to-end POs - from creation to delivery and system documentation.
- Logistics & import coordination: Oversee logistics, import duties, and customs clearance for timely deliveries.
- Inventory & intake oversight: Ensure smooth goods intake processes and accurate stock visibility.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Align closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer teams to enable effective planning and communication.
- Cost control & risk mitigation: Drive cost efficiencies, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supplier evaluation: Perform structured evaluations and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Process development: Create and maintain clear SOPs to standardize procurement workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in a technical or industrial supply chain.
- Proven track record managing suppliers and technical goods flows.
- Solid industry knowledge and familiarity with international procurement practices.
- English & Chinese proficiency (written and spoken), Dutch is a pre.
- Experience with import duties/tax assessments and international logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
- Analytical and structured approach to planning.
- Independent worker with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
