Job Description

You're a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong interest in project management within real estate or construction. You're organized, eager to learn, and ready to support complex projects in a fast-paced environment. With a proactive mindset and collaborative attitude, you're looking to gain hands-on experience at a leading real estate firm.

Your Activities
  • Support the Project Management team in the day-to-day coordination of client projects
  • Assist in preparing project presentations, documentation, and meeting materials
  • Help monitor project timelines and budgets under supervision
  • Support in updating and organizing project documentation, drawings, and contracts
  • Completing and updating the REF database
  • Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports

Qualifications
  • Academic degree (Architecture or Engineer are preferred)
  • Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
  • Familiar with Office Package especially with Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • A collaborative, dynamic and proactive person
  • Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
  • Drivers licence
