We are searching for a Director IT, Europe to join our Final Control / Flow Controls Business Unit.

You will be heading the IT department and representing IT at both European management and global IT levels, while playing a key role in shaping how technology drives our business forward. You'll guide a talented team, influence strategy, and turn technology into real business impact. The role is open anywhere in Europe and requires close collaboration across our European sites.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Shape IT Strategy: Set the direction for European IT, aligning technology with business goals so your decisions make a visible impact.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and inspire a top IT team, keeping systems reliable while helping your people grow and thrive.
• Drive Innovation: Introduce new ideas and smarter ways of working that make day-to-day processes faster, easier, and more effective.
• Boost Business Performance: Identify and implement improvements in tools and processes that increase efficiency and results across the company.
• Manage Resources Effectively: Take charge of budgets, recruitment, and team development, ensuring every resource is used to deliver maximum value.
• Influence Key Decisions: Play a central role in major governance meetings and strategic initiatives, bringing your expertise to the table where it matters most.
• Deliver Major IT Projects: Lead large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they're on time, on budget, and deliver real business benefits.
• Represent IT Globally: Be Europe's voice in the global IT community, shaping international strategy and fostering collaboration across regions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years' experience in IT or a related business function at a management or senior level, with a strong affinity for IT
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Willingness to travel as needed
